Citizens awake from their midnight slumbers as the sounds of enemy bombers and gunfire shake the very same capital of the nation. Without any provocation or warning, our country found itself the target of unlawful aggressions by over 3 different foreign forces, who most likely aim to ransack the resources earned by the collective hard work of the vizcain people. While this is the first large-scale conflict our nation has participated so far and our country experienced a recent boom in the military industry, the enemy best us on both numbers and technological advancement, so the situation looks grim even at the most optimistic light.
The Vizcain Royal Force has been decisively routed and beaten during the first hours of the conflict, with the Vizcain Air Force suffering severe losses at the Battle of Vizcaino, failing to secure air control in our own skies. As thousands of volunteers rally to the recruitment camps, all levels of government advise citizens to evacuate large cities in order to escape the vicious strikes to come. At this time of announcement, fighting is taking place at the cities of Vizcaino and Collstein, with our professional soldiers under heavy fire struggling to gain as much time as possible for our people to take shelter. The Council announces martial law through the entire country until further notice, effective immediate.
