Igua-Sul annexes British Guyana and Amazonia, joins A&PSA

Dauchh Palkian forces have left Brazil as of two weeks ago, the occupied lands have been handed over to Igua-Sul, a potential new ally with Dauchh Palki that shares democratic interests and existing relations.

As A&PSA coalition forces captured Belem, the British government was overthrown and later declared unconditional surrender. The British territory was fully occupied, and after several weeks of negotiations with the Igua-Sul government, have been transferred to Igua-Sul. 

While originally planned for Igua-sul to occupy southern British Brazil during the war, the intervention was deemed unnecessary as Britain surrendered during the war. Now Igua-Sul is taking on undeveloped land around 10x its size. It is expected that the country will also annex more unclaimed regions of Brazil. 
Igua Sul has signed the Atlantic and Pacific Security Accords.
The partnership with the Sulistan government has strengthened ties between Dauchh Palki, New Olsztyn, and other A&PSA members.

President Turn said in excitement on Sunday, "The Partnership with the Sulistan government is sure to improve security against agressive powers in the Atlantic. The alliance will provide a mutual benefit, defense across the world for the A&PSA and allowing Igua-Sul to grow its influence and size.
Igua-Sul has proven to be a co-operative and friendly nation to Dauchh Palki and her allies. I anticipate that this relationship has only good things to come for Dauchh Palki and Igua-Sul." The president again said at Jeralchi Plaza yesterday.
South American origin Dauchh Palkians could be seen waving Dauchh Palkian and Sulistan flags at a celebration ceremony during the speech.
The Foreign affairs ministry declined to comment when asked for more doetails about the A&PSA meeting at Curitiba.

An option to enhance cursor traceability and make the cursor larger has also been added to SilverTech Shine broswers.
With new studies estimating that around 82% of the Dauchh Palkian population has access to the internet, up from a comparatively staggering low 19% in 2070. Most new users opt for SilverTech and RDNet browsers, rather than globally imported browsers like Zukesan "Vostok."

Dauchh Palkian Population passes 90 million people, government controversially limits child tax credits.

As a new study from UC (University of Calarie) estimates that from the 2085 census the nation has added 1.4 million people in nearly 2 years. The study estimating the new resident population of the country at 90 million people, surpassing expectations from previous studies.

In response the Dauchh Palkian government has stepped in to try and curb new births. Congress recently passed a new law 87-380 (2 abstained) proposed by the Labour Party's Mike Chenzeinvic (SA(S)-14) which will end child tax credits for new parents with over two children. And will cut tax credits for two children from 2,000 Dauchoins to 1200 Dauchoins. Congress reps hope that the changes to tax credits will discourage more births. Supporters of the bill say that Dauchh Palkian overpopulation is a real concern that should be adressed with immediate action. They are citing economic concerns such as lack of food, crowdeness, and the increased likelihood of being born into poverty.

Opposition to the action have claimed that ultimately population will determine the nation's international relevancy in the future, and that ending child tax credits will harm poor future parents, and will not discourage wealthy ones from reproducing. Civil rights activists have also claimed that the end of many child tax credits is the path to more restrictive policies by the government. 

Still the Bill has passed majority in all parties besides the Libertarians and New Right DP in Congress.

"Roaring" Janis Turn describes Economy in Q3 Speech.

President Turn described the economy fierce-fully in a Jeralchi Day speech at Jeralchi Plaza in Calarie. Echoing her same words in a rally at the North Sarlington 2 Vineska Perocjv Football Stadium. "Roaring" and "immovable" when describing the momentum of the economy, she said. New reports suggest that the Dauchh Palkian unemployment rate is at its lowest ever in the nations recorded history, at 2.67%. The president gleefully used the new statistics to prop up her presidential campaign, as 2077 rolls around the corner. 

National steel production has quadrupled in her 6 year term thus far, overtaking the nations large iron and coal industry in value added to the economy. Dauchh Palki now stands as one of Orbis's largest steel producers. The efforts largely come from post war industrialization. The nation's huge and growing demand for construction materials and supplies for war have allowed the steel industry to blossom. The largest steel manufacturer in Dauchh Palki, Benz and Gates Steel Co. has acquired three more steel manufacturing factories outside of Sarlburg and Palort City. 
Falling unemployment, growing manufacturing and tech, and increased consumer spending have all contributed to what makes this year's economy one of the strongest on record.

High Speed Rail Lines Open and Finished after 10 years

The countries largest and most financially burdensome infrastructure project yet has been finished. After 10 long years of grueling back breaking work with many interruptions and in betweens, president Turn cut the gold ribbon to the Calarie Station at 12:53 PM on Saturday. The lines achieve speeds up to 250 mph, which will cut travel times from Calarie to Sarlington from 1 hour and 10 minutes to 35 minutes (without time delays) The lines will cut travel times dramatically across the country, reduce traffic and congestion, and hopefully limit the nation's smoke emissions. 

At the ribbon cutting event crowds of excited Dauchh Palkians could be seen waving red and white flags and enjoying free food provided. Many leaders from Dauchh Palki's allies attended the event, privately riding on the first non-test route from Calarie to Sarlington to BodanFord. The trip lasted for 5 hours where the leaders enjoyed a fine dining experience and were given the opportunity to talk about diplomatic concerns. 

Canadian president Lauren Smith and the Canadian Ambassador alongside Chairperson Fine of the New Olszytn corporation and Hakoon Lins of Cascadia with President Turn all attending the ride. President Turn and Chairperson Fine were successfully able to negotiate a naval training partnership between the two nations according to details from a press conference in BodanFord. The president said that the naval partnership will improve naval experience for the nation's new sailors and improve coordination abilities.

President Turn also claimed that she received positive comments from president Lauren Smith of Canada about current MOZAC operations, and re-assurance of the two nation's friendly ties. 

The leaders posed for a monumental photo op at the Sarlington HSR-DHR Station, which president Turn has promised to rename the station "The Lauren Smith Station" after the Canadian president in a diplomatic gesture. 

Afterwhich the president announced to the crowd at the station,"I'm happy to be in Canada's closest ally today and meet President Turn for the first time.  I also want to congratulate Dauchh Palki on completing this rail project and hope it brings a lot of prosperity to the country."

Dauchh Palki Responds to Nuclear threats in Bermuda.

In response to Nuclear threats in Bermuda by Communist Britain, Dauchh Palkian officials have declared the nation has entered a state of medium nuclear war preparedness. 

the Nation's elaborate nuclear bunker system, has been said to be at medium capacity and is ready to house nearly 19 million Daucch palkians or 1/5 of the population. In addition, naval officials have said that the navy is on high alert, and may be prepared to intercept Bermuda. The country has also threatened possible nuclear retaliation from its allies if Comnunist Britain continued to tout its nuclear weapons.

Rumors are uncofirmed but spreading that Dauchh Palki is currently working on a secretive nuclear program to counter threats. 

Chemicals Plant Explodes in Atlasa

A chemicals plant explosion in Atlasa has left 2 dead and 14 injured.

South Cenires County officials say the explosion had to do with the transfer of liquified natural gas and a potentially flammable unspecified chemical that has resulted in an explosion through some sort of accident.

Officials say there is not currently much available information on what caused the accident. Officials have raised an air pollution and contamination safety concern around the area. Several schools were forced to shelter in place following the warning.

Families of the chemical plant workers are worried for their loved ones lives as more are found injured and left in critical condition.
