International Leaders sign Anti-Colonialism Pact

An important Declaration has been signed by Janis Turn and the representatives in the House of Congress has been recieved by nationwide media. 
Janis Turn returned from London, Ontario the morning of January 8th and was immediately directed to a secretive meeting in Veurghsbrook. 

The Department of State released a Declaration signed by leaders from Icenia, New Olsztyn, Froncia, Silibidor, New Zukesa, and Dauchh Palki.

Below is the released drafted declaration. 

Atlantic and Pacific Security Accords

1. The signing nations agree to promote anti-colonization and condemn the acts of colonialist powers
2. The signing nations agree to intervene and prevent the colonization from all foreign powers of North America
3. The signing nations agree to promote anti-colonialism globally, including efforts in South America, Asia, Antarctica, and Africa.
4. The signing nations acknowledge the dreadful consequences of colonialism, including:

a. (out of rp) new players having a lack of available land to build nations

b. increasing hegemony of European powers of nations in their home continents, most noticably seen in Africa and South America, with examples in Asia.

c. Active and potential crimes against humanity committed in colonies by colonial powers. 

d. Resource extraction that undermines native peoples in colonies by colonial powers.

Notes from leaders included concerns from Icenia, who believes that all colonization from nations everywhere should be stopped, that new players will face the brunt of the consequences of colonization. 

North American nations such as Dauchh Palki and Froncia believe that colonization, especially from European powers, threatens North American nation-states and their will.

Leader Fine, of New Olsztyn expressed that South American colonialism threats the New Olsztyn way of life and economy.

diplomats from Nukeya, who attended the conference in Veurghsbrook, cited that, "signees should target the colonial powers of Lunoria and Prussia, for, "being cringe." They refused to sign the treaty signing lack of interest in North American affairs.

Leaders express the need for anti-colonialist movements to expand globally.

Meanwhile, ... The Dauchh Palkian naval and military forces in LaPunto have been evicted from Bazo-Maĉupikĉŭo have founded a new base below Southern Africa on the Eastern side of Antarctica, citing concerns over the naval security of the region.

With approval from LaPunto the base has begun construction and leaders of the new base hope to build an Antarctic agricultural research station as well, to improve outlooks of the base being self-sustainable in the future.

A small Dauchh Palkian expedition has been sent to the island of Jan Mayen in the Norwegian sea, scouting the island and securing the island.

When asked about the moves, President Janis Turn says the moves will help secure GENDT defense of the Atlantic.
