  1. Both Nations note their strong relationship and vows to continue to support that relationship into the future.
  2. Both Signatories recognise that at a turbulent time in international politics, security is of upmost importance.
  3. Therefore, the signatories agree the following:
    1. Both signatories have a right to request up to 1% of their GDP of aid annually, with the other signatory duty bound to agree.
    2. Both signatories agree to build a strong military force and maintain such a force to withhold any attack.
    3. Both signatories agree to spend at least 5% of their GDP on military funding.
    4. In the case one signatory is attacked by a foreign force, the other signatory is duty bound to send military or financial aid, unless the attacked signatory formally requests this aid not to be sent.
  4. This treaty will be recognised for 25 years, starting at the 1st of January 2086, and therefore will run until the 31st of December 2111.
    1. On the approach to the end date, both signatories can choose to formally extend the treaty by another 10 years by a majority vote of both Parliaments.
    2. If any signatory decides to terminate the agreement early, it must be done by consensus with Parliaments passing the "Termination Clause" with a 2/3 majority in both nations.
  5. "Termination Clause": The Signatories formally recognise the change in situation and agree to immediately terminate the agreement
    1. Any troops in the other's nation has 3 weeks from passing of Termination Clause to return to their nation
    2. Both Parties agree that the passing of this clause does not count as an act of war.
