LIVE as President embarks on Foreign Trip

With the time in Crazy Guy Nation over, the President has failed to secure a deal with Crazyturtle and Drakodare.

He will now move on to Sawh.

In a press briefing the President said:

"While its disappointing we could not secure a deal here. We have shown that cooperation is the way forward and we will ensure that our countries work together for the future".

Opposition parties at home are already calling for the President to return to give a statement on why he did not achieve a deal.

The President has spent his first day in Crazy Guy Nation. After meeting the leader Crazyturtle, he went on a tour of the nation's armed forces before visit the national memorial in the city.

Tomorrow he expects to visit Crazyturtle and Drakodare for the beginning of talks.

We have been told the President has now left Ushanaland and is heading for Crazy Guy Nation. Ushanaland was an unknown stop, partly due to the war currently occurring in the nation. However, the President held "constructive" meetings with the leader MonoPlace and committed to ensuring the security of the islands.

He also agreed to visit for a longer stay once the wars are over.

A Deal has been agreed this morning, based on national security.

In a joint press briefing, the two leaders outlined the 25 year agreement for international cooperation. The main section of the agreement noted that "In the event of an attack on one signatory by a foreign force, the other signatory agrees to provide financial and military aid without hesitation."

The Presidents hailed this treaty as a "new era in international cooperation".
The President has had a good start on his tour and will now travel to Ushanaland to meet MonoPlace. This visit is expected to be more symbolic without any specific arrangements.

As night falls speculation is rising regarding the possible outcomes of the visit. There are rumours that a formal deal will be struck, however it is unclear whether it will be a defence or trade deal.

Today the President has embarked on his long awaited Foreign Trip. A statement by his office noted that he left Gwlad Emrys land at 3:42pm.

He shortly arrived in North Wales at 6:23pm, where he was greeted by President Halo of North Wales.

They are currently holding talks on the relationship with both countries, with the President expected to stay the night.

However the reception has not been smooth across the whole of North Wales, with protests reported in the outskirts of the capital.

Pictures of the trip are expected to be released by the press office during the night.

Reminder of the timetable

1. North Wales - The first stop of the trip is President Halo 995 of North Wales. 
   1. An old ally of Gwlad Emrys, North Wales is known to keep out of any internal conflicts in Gwlad Emrys and has always kept an armlength away from our politics.
   2. It will be interesting to see the reception the President gets from the people of North Wales, with the President set to meet the public in the capital.
   3. He will be in North Wales overnight for 1 day, with talks expected with Halo regarding security and ongoing cooperation, as well as trade.
2. Ushanaland - The second stop is President Mono Place
   1. Currently blockaded and in a war, security will be the number 1 topic on the agenda in this country.
   2. While keeping away from internal politics, Ushanaland has always been supportive of Gwlad Emrys.
   3. It seems this is the best chance for a trading agreement.
   4. The President will visit Ushanaland for only a few hours, given the security situation in that country
3. Crazy Guy Nation - A longer visit will be here
   1. Crazy Guy Nation is a more of an unknown. While big allies, it has not commented on internal affairs in the country.
   2. While in the country, Drakodare is expected to visit from Midgardr. Joint talks are expected on alliance cooperation and in particular joint participation with other countries.
   3. The President will be taken on a tour of the nation's military defences and health service
   4. He will remain in Crazy Guy Nation for a full week
4. Sawh - A big risk
   1. Sawh is the joint leading nation of the alliance SW and therefore this expected to be the most important visit of the trip
   2. They will discuss various aspect of aa security and how to ensure activity between member nations.
   3. This stop has been kept secret for security reasons however we know he will stay in Sawh for 5 days
5. Maerrunoria - The final stop and an agreement
   1. A long standing ally, tensions are at a high following the war in Gwlad Emrys.
   2. The President will expect to make a deal with his counterpart regarding the withdrawal of Maerrunorian troops.
   3. He will stay in Maerrunoria for another week and is expected to hold various talks with multiple Maerrunorian dignitaries
