Meet Kunejo, an app that 90% of Puntan internet users use, which is a large amount of any social media for Orbis nations.

In English, it's name is "Gathering place". It has been particularly revolutionary as it is the first communication software in Orbis to be created in the postbalkan era. Until this app's creation 5 years ago, the rest of the world has been using communication software from the prebalkan era. While the Empire of Rodevs now controls the former headquarters of most of the popular social media apps, Rodevs has made an effort to keep them alive and more accessible for Orbis's people than it's own people, as people from many of Orbis's thousands of nations still find it more sensical to use old software than create new ones, since very few are computer literate nowadays. Rodevs makes money off of the global use of social media software. But now, there is another sizeable option instead hosted by Lapunto, the world's greatest nation.

The chief creator and now core leader of Kunejo; Pablo Garcia, particularly sought out to create something more suited for the postbalkan world by virtue of it's efficiency, but also fundamentally designed to fulfill Zamenhof's 200 year old dream of bringing people together irrespective of nationality. Here is what he said when we asked about how his life story has resulted in him engineering a popular social media app.

"I was born in 2062 in South America. With the great balkanization causing the least chaos in this part of the world, there was a lot of prebalkan technology still available. While other children my age either played or worked on a farm, I tried tampering with a computer. I wasn't much good with hardware, but my older brother helped me to give power to the computer which I would go on to study. Unfortunately, he alongside my mom was killed by a group of raiding soldiers in 2071, but I still have endless appreciation for him. After he was killed, my father heard of a country in Antarctica which by the fact of it's location would be very safe from such scourges like war, and would be a better place for me to grow up safe. We walked for a week to the coast, before taking a boat to the new country. I took my trusty computer with me, but as it turns out, Lapunto had gathered an abundance of technologies. My dad also got lucky and met a woman from Gizycko, having a daughter with her. I wanted to get ahold of something more reliable, so I actually depsite being underaged got myself into a simple job which let me slowly save up enough money for a better quality computer. The government created a link for the country to the global internet, meaning that no longer had to be delegated to me. During my teenage years I got to while going to school attempt browsing the internet, many parts of which had existed since the prebalkan era, with some sites still even being used. But in February 2080 I thought to myself: 'These services are slow and archaic. We need something new.' and so I sought out to create it." It took a lot of trial and error but on 1 April, 2080 - I did it. I promoted it for a bit and it was slow at first, but it spiraled into a common tool in my city within just a year. Today, it's globally known.

The app is described as a mix of the prebalkan social media network with the messaging system of Snapchat, group organizing system of Discord, community organizing system of Reddit, and the global content sharing system of YouTube. All in one. Kunejo furthermore allows users to write detailed biographies for themselves. Here is an example, provided by the profile of the creator's half-sister.
