War torn cities ask for Gonder to declare a State of Emergency.

The war torn cities of Dire Dawa and Sodo ask for Emperor Han Solo to declare a State of Emergency and send them much needed aid.  Earlier today, 2 of the 29 cities in Gonder have made a formal request for a State of Emergency to be issued.  As war continues to ravage Gonder, there is not much aid to render however.

Humanitarian groups are working together to bring food and supplies to neighboring cities, especially those hit the hardest from this conflict.  Medical items and power is in short supply.  Gonder has asked it's cities to cut power usage to half in most cities. 

Citizens are suffering, and the Government finds itself unable to give any more help than it already offers.  Gonder's diplomats continue to work towards a resolution to the current conflict, and urges its citizens to hold on and know that they will do all that they can to help.
