glorious leader declares even worse state of emergency

as the nation finds itself enraptured in more conflict than even the most pessimistic of armchair generals could have predicted, the glorious leader has elected to deliver a rousing speech. at least that was the plan except for the fact they never showed up for their own speech. concerned staff went to find them at their residence, and found the "glorious" leader in the fetal position repeating the sentence.

the glorious leader, after being shook like in a cartoon, snapped out of their catatonic state, and delivered this comment on the rapidly deteriorating situation.

"this whole mess is not good in the hood right now, I'll be honest here."

the glorious leader, along with all the people actually being effected right now, are hoping that the situation stabilizes soon.
