"Dear people of Gwlad Emrys,
These are dark days. All out war is occurring along our south coast, with two leaders who have shown themselves to have no regard for humanitarian life. It is through utter contempt for our way of life that they carry out their pitiful war.
I am sorry for leaving the country earlier, I really am. However I hope the plans I will highlight now will show you that I am here to support you, as the Emrys family have for the past 400 years.
I have discussed with Maerrunoria over the past 48 hours, and they have agreed that I will return tomorrow to Gwlad Emrys. I will not do so in support of either army, but as myself to attempt to restore some normality.
For those in the south or in Dinas Emrys, I am sorry this is too late for you. However I hope for those across Gwlad Emrys it will avoid fighting.
I will return to Dyfed with a Maerrunorian Peacekeeping force, which consists of 2 dragoon divisions, 5 infantry divisions and 2 armoured divisions. This force will exist only to enforce a demilitarised zone in Dyfed, where I will continue to do my duty as the executive in a new capital. My role will be to try and keep the country moving while persuading the armies to stop this war.
Maerrunoria are not entering the war. They support the end of fighting and I must thank them for their help so far and their assistance in creating this plan.
I hope this will help avoid further bloodshed and I long for the days when Gwlad Emrys returns to peace. I urge both armies to find a common approach to end the conflict.
