German Navy vs Scottish Navy

Due to the repeated attempts by the Scottish to take control of the English Channel and a recent sinking of a Dutch merchant vessel under Germanic protection the German Empire is forced to take the fight to Deckerton before they can get a true footing in the Channel.

The Imperial Vessels stationed in The Channel were quite aware of the situation they were in until Reinforcements could arrive and it showed. With the Imperial ships and Deckerton ships being stuck in a stalemate and the Uchamese Navy being in shambles. The outcome did not look good.

The Scottish navy seemed to be in great spirits and the battle was increasingly turning in their favor with Germany beginning to take its first losses

When things began to look grim for the Germans they saw in the distance the SNS Munich (an aircraft carrier) and the SNS Berlin (a battleship) they knew that soon the battle would shift in their favor. The carrier unleashed approximately half of its aircraft to bombard the Deckerton fleet and these aircraft would have moderate success for a while but the Scottish would unleash their own aircraft and the battle would once again be evenly matched

After a long drawn out battle finally the rest of the German reinforcements arrived with at least 5 battleships escorting 2 carriers helping out the fleet already in The Channel the Scottish could not handle the pressure from so many powerful ships so the Scottish began to retreat back to the mainland U.K. so they could regroup with the rest of the Deckerton navy but what they were not prepared for was for the Submarines that were stationed in the North sea to cut off the escape. Once they were pinned between the two forces many of the ships either surrendered or were sunk. With only 7 ships escaping and 4000 Scottish taken prisoner the Naval campaign has been declared a success and now what remains is to force the Scottish into a peace treaty or be surround by German forces and starved into submission

OOC: I have no idea how many ships either side sent to the Channel so I don't know how many losses or kills there would have been but either way deckerton just peace you can't win against the both of us
