After a former collapse of the Republic of China, the New Republic of China is back and reforms. After our whole infrastructure has been destroyed, cities raided and attacked by foreign powers, we the government have regained control and have come back to power, rising from the ashes. Joining our former alliance, we fight to survive and come back from the attacks that have happened upon our nation. With the support of our former alliance, we are sure this will happen. We will build a New Republic of China, reformed and prospering.
