Recently Lastonia declared war on the nation of Ethene but Unlike Lastonias past conflict this war started with a tactic that the Lastonian government had kept hidden until now.
what was different?
According to one of our informants in the military the intelligence agency of Ethene was to gather its agents for several tactical sting operations against Lastonia before its navy made port for the invasion.However when the agents all met up to attend the briefing a single of unidentifiable noise was transmitted into the briefing room.While this noise was disturbing and caused slight discomfort there didn’t seam to be any initial problem with this Noise, that was until several agents of Ethene suddenly turned on there fellow comrades opening fire on everyone they could see.The attack left 29 Agents of Ethene dead along with several staf members before the agents responsible for the attack fled the scene.
What was the cause of this behavior?
To our horror it was later discovered that 30 of the once thought to be Agents of Ethene had actually been Lastonian sleeper agents with the noise that Was broadcasted somehow triggering an order in the men.It was later through some investigating of our own we discovered that all 30 men were victim’s of the Compound, there bodies having been dug up moments after we head of the attack.The attack came as a shock to many as the men responsible had been serving in the agency for over three years after there disappearance meaning they only acted with treason when the order was given This tactic might be the first time we are truly seeing it as we only recently discovered what the purpose of the Compound really is but now that we are aware of what it can do the answer we all should be asking ourselves is that are we truly safe?
