Ladies and gentlemen,

I am here to announce some changes. Firstly canping supplies, hard biscuits and canned food have had added restrictions on purchase becausw of the war effort. All night n perishable food has had restrictions placed on it as well. You can see all of these in greater detail on your digital ration books. I would also like to remind you that creating extra ration books under different names or having others buy food from r you is illegal and you can face up to 35 years in priso. Also as civilian airstrikes and missile attacks become more prevalent a mandatory blackout of all lights and light projecting devices that can’t be concea starting tonight at 6:00 pm. This will be monitored and breaking this will result in up to 20 years in prison.
