Hello Orbis. Recently the government has released a concept / planned "new state flag". On behalf of the government we are giving you the power to vote on it.

 

Here is the current flag

It takes inspiration from the old estonian pärnu county flag here

I think 2 gives you more of a European feel so I am voting for it.
