Severican President Mex Declares the New Severican Empire

On February 23rd, 2085, former President now Emperor Mex, after passing a Balot to the people of Severica, with it being passed by a vote with 67% of the people supporting Mex as Emperor, declared the "improvement of Severica" by declaring it an Empire. "I think it is time the Severican people became even greater. And thus forth I move a Balot to declare me Emperor of Severica." - Mex passing the Balot. Everyone in the now Severican Empire, are launching military parades, civilian parades, fireworks, and more in celebration of of their new state. Emperor Mex has also started planning a massive parade in the Capitol that all Severicans can watch. Though no time has been set, it is expected to launch within the next week.
