PM speech | understanding the time failure on new years eve

The Prime Minister (Aino Rebane) finally addresses •Joseph Seed •Alliance democracy • radiation

Today Aino Rebane came to her lectern and opened with "hello citizens and Orbis, just like you I have been reading every piece of the Joseph Seed trial. Orbis has been plagued by him and just as PARNUSOF came to a conclusion after investigation now I shall give my opinion. Joseph Seed has violated several human and warfare rules, legislations, acts and right. I hope that Joseph repents and has atleast some form of rehabilitation but if I could talk for Orbis I would say death is an acceptable punishment for the greatest cyst on this earth but some say there are things worse than death so if something like that can be found then let it be."

"Now, alliances.. we all know them and we all join them but I have some issues with most alliances, I understand that they are effective and often provide allot of support and that's not my issue, my issue is the democracy. The democracy within the alliances are from what I can see none existent, there are no votes or elections or legislations in fine print. The only peice of democracy I saw active display of was when we joined the U.N.O. lets move on, I have said enough on that issue."

"You are all probably sick of this now but radiation is still a leach on the market, for example we ( The Republic of Pärnu ) go through allot of food every day and now that winter has just passed we went through even more and you might say 'grow some more crops' and you would be right, until you realise at times the radiation levels reach such a high that even if a nation was nothing but farms, nothing would grow. one hundred percent of food reduction...one hundred! or as data would say 900 Radons. Simply, this is not ok, thus needs to stop, we need correct diplomacy with alliances to help solve this. It's come to a point that more people are dying from starvation than the pirate raids we were once afraid of. Thank you for listening."

And that was the end of Aino Rebane's speech but it would not be the end of the conference as several ministers were called up to talk.

"While Joseph Seed is in court we are revising paperwork to send out 5 helicopters with 38 foreign aid personnel to help the residents in the region once called 'Edens Gate' and the surrounding area. In these hand out packages there are food water and oil along with several leaves of clothes and tools to aid in the survival of the people. Thank you" 

Now Riina is up to tell Orbis the truth about why the time failed on new years eve.

"Hello Hello, I am Riina the cyber and telecoms minister, I am the manager of any website or online statistic you see about the Republic of Pärnu. We very recently have made a breakthrough with understanding the time failure from Jan1-3 "2082". We found out that this was caused by the clock reaching it's 32 bit interger limit , how did we find this out? well.. the 32 bit limit is 2,147,483,647. from 1970 is when this clock started and the limit when translated into readable words would be 2038 so what we did was 2038-1970=68 . Knowing that the gap was 68 years and knowing that the Orbis clock started in 2014 we can 2014+68= 2082 and there it is, that's the reason of why the clock failed.
