Rimskaya Prepares to Celebrate Major Milestone

Rimskaya has already been around in Orbis for decades, however, the state is also preparing to reach yet another grand mark in its history. It is a matter of days until the Overseer's 2nd anniversary in the Orbis realm, in his time being December the 20th, which in our time happens to be the day before the Winter Solstice Revolution. What a coincidence.

Rimskayans are currently stuck in UnRoma as of now, as the surface has been deemed too dangerous to return to with the finishing wars and radiation. That said, engineers in Rimskaya have been rather smart about things, including fireworks with minimal pollution (any remainders will be filtered by the built-in system) as well as usual celebratory elements, including the National Feast and Military Parade.

Despite the hostile conditions, the clearing of active war provides an opening if any foreign heads of state would wish in these times of uncertainty to extend, even in humility, a gesture of gratitude to Rimskaya for her endurance of all she has been through over the years. Any and all are welcome, except you can't being any weapons of any kind. We will be checking indiscriminately.

Out of RP: Seriously, I didn't think I'd be here for this day. I started this in the latter part of 2020, not even because of Covid, I just found it on YouTube while in the occasional Drew Durnil rabbit hole and decided to give it a go. I then left it behind for some years as I not only was sick of getting raided because I couldn't get Discord, but also because I thought I lost my password (this was before I had it saved or recorded anywhere. Probably should've considered that.)

I remember quite a bit from back then that isn't around anymore- mainly some of the old alliances. What was that one- Error 404? I believe they became Cataclysm? Gracious, it's been that long in my head. Somethings never change though, as I found back on May 1st when I fired up P&W again, and through these months. Let me say, despite the wars, hatred, and levels of admittable cringe that would make God cry in his sleep, it is somewhat of a miracle I am still here. I never believed I would have an impact since I don't have Discord.

How I will prove that stereotype wrong...

Let me speak real quickly on one of my old assistants, whom has been gone now for some time: Vulcanities, often referred to by his leader name, RoManic. As many of you are likely aware, it would seem he has quit the game. My last message from him was about him being very sick, and his immune system being rather garbage. Personally, no, I do not believe he is gone in that sense, but regardless, his departure from Orbis is a loss for our community as a whole. He was a phenomenal diplomat and writer, publishing the Orbis Orbiter Weekly newspaper that gained so much popularity in the short time it was published. Frankly, he is the one who got Aequitas to where it is: He handled the original, albeit nullified, relations with Camelot, as well as the original idea of it being a company of sorts to handle the markets alone. Of course, the mission of Aequitas is relatively newer, and far more ambitious now, but he's the reason it ascended from a fantastical dream to the reality it is today. Whether or not you are on Aequitas' side, which I can see many of you who spend time on bulletins I hear from aren't, all I ask is for respect for RoManic, and for all he did to try and make this world bearable.

That aside, I intend of forwarding Aequitas relentlessly, regardless of how many raids come our way, and will accept no surrender of the alliance as a whole to tyranny or subjugation. We are a voice for all voices, and no wars, no hatred, no spamming of how much of an "L" it is, NOTHING shall silence it. Heard?
