Continued Sunlight on Nation Provides Growth through Photosynthesis

A New policy named Photosynthesis (The same as plants) Has been declared by Oscypocy,

The Policy includes the rejuvenation of the nation, through "Leveling Up"

With General KillSwitch learning a few lessons from General Ezio, they have made a HOOT-specific version of " The Art of War" which was created to celebrate the £1b total funds from Raiding. A quote reads:

"Each nation has it's time in the Sun, although, like a large wheel, this also comes with a nation's time in the mud and dirty water. 

Our job is to make sure that we aren't at the peak of the sun during our lifetimes"
