Republic Of China recognizes The Russian Federation

The Republic of China has moved to recognize the RF (Russian Federation) as the legally recognized Government of Russia.

After the collapse of the United Russian Republic the Republic of China had to pick another government born from the second warlord era as the legal government.

And after several long months of infighting the Russian Federation while far from the most powerful is the most democratic and moral out of all the other warlord states.

In a speech by Chang Huang, Huang said "The Russian Federation was created by the Russian people to free itself from the terror of communism and to bring about the dream of democracy, the dream of federation, the dreams of federation, today the dreams of federation once again shine over the snow-covered plains of the Russian Motherland, We are proud of the victories of the Russian Federation and we wish to have a relationship with a fellow democratic and freedom loving Nation, One that values it's traditions as much as we value or own"
