Due to the current situation in the Japanese Isles, the government of the Republic of Luna has made the decision to formally cut ties with Lunoria.
While Lunoria has been a valuable ally in recent times of war, the nation's support of the terrorist organization known as Tojo's Hand has caused recent tension; much of the Lunar populace has denounced Ethos Soriano's actions and hopes to support allies in the Japanese Isles.
Luna and the Japanese Isles have been closely allied for quite some time, with the two nations having signed a MDoAP and having maintained these relations in times of war and peace. We do not recognize Tojo's Hand as a legitimate government and look to assist the true Japanese government in regaining their power.
We appreciate Lunoria's assistance in the fight against our attackers, but their support of an organization that has done nothing but harm our allies and attempt to bring down a closely-allied government will not be tolerated; while we will attempt to avoid hostility with Lunoria, we are no longer allied, as we will be focusing our efforts on bringing the government of the Japanese Isles back to power.
