Domestic reserves of coal to be exploited for power production
Six cities in the Oceanic Domain of ANZAC built coal power stations after dismantling two wind turbine power stations in each city.
The benefit of this was the freeing up of 50 infrastructure for more lucrative economic activity.
The Oceanic Domain of ANZAC has not employed coal power in its 499 day history, but domestic continental reserves were already being mined for export. It would be economic nonsense to not experiment with coal power.
As a founding member of the anti pollution Baiwa Pact, ANZAC met its committments and with no renegotiations when that treaty ended in 2080 with no interest in renewal. ANZAC decided it was free to act and swap the 500 infra power of two wind power plants for one coal plant opening up another improvement slot for mining or industry.
These six cities were chosen of ANZAC fifteen cities as only those cities met the infrastucture requirements the other cities at a lesser figure
It is hoped pollution does not increase at any alarming levels with only six cities chosen for 'dirty coal'. Though the designers of these six power plants explained they were of the most efficient design.
