President DMO Announces Nominees for Three Cabinet Positions

The President of the Republic of Shelley Island announces his nominees for R.S.I. Secretary of Treasury, Secretary of Defense, and Attorney General.

Earlier today, President DMO of the Republic of Shelley Island (R.S.I.) announced his nominees for three cabinet posts: Dr. Louis-Philippe Brown, Secretary of the Treasury; General (Ret.) Maria Sanchez-Campbell, Secretary of Defense; and Jean-Pierre Martin, Attorney General. 

Dr. Louis-Philippe Brown is an economist by training, holding a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Shelley Island-Firenze, and both a master's and Ph.D. in economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Throughout his career, he has served as an economics professor at the University of Shelley Island-Firenze (USIF), an economist at the R.S.I. Department of Treasury, Chairman of the Central Bank of the R.S.I., and the R.S.I. Deputy Secretary of the Treasury.

Maria Sanchez-Campbell, a retired Air Force of the Republic general, has a long history of service to the R.S.I. She served for forty years in the Air Force of the Republic, where she quickly rose through the ranks, ultimately becoming a four-star general. During her last eight years of service in the R.S.I. Armed Forces, she was a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, serving four years as the Chief of Staff of the Air Force and four years as the Chair of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Following her retirement, she served four years as the Secretary of the Air Force and four years as the R.S.I. Deputy Secretary of Defense. 

Jean-Pierre Martin began her legal career as a public defender in the City of Breton. After serving as a public defender, she was nominated as Breton's city attorney by the mayor and unanimously confirmed by the city council. Following eight years of service as city attorney, she was elected Attorney General of the State of Nouvelle-France, serving three four-year terms. 

The aforementioned individuals are widely respected both at home and abroad, garnering messages of support from state governors and attorneys general, R.S.I. representatives and senators, the U.S. Secretary of Defense, the U.S. Secretary of the Treasury, and the U.S. Attorney General, and are expected to be confirmed by the Senate of the Republic of Shelley Island.

According to La Maison Bleue (The Blue House), the president's official residence and workplace, President DMO will announce his nominees for several ambassadorships and federal judgeships in the coming weeks.
