UIU Team in Forest dissapears!

The UIU team dispatched in the forest has dissapeared. After a long period of finding nothing, their communications suddenly cut. Below is the communication between the UIU squads before their dissapearance.

Delta Commander: "All squads i've located the origin of the distress signal."

Omega Commander: "Copy that Delta, regrouping on your position."

From here Delta squad awaited the arrival of Omega and Gamma squads at the house from which the original signal came from.

Delta Commander: "Alright, lets move into the area."

Bodycam footage shows the 3 squads moving into the house, finding it relatively clean apart from a few broken shelves and dropped items. All squads clear out the house and find nothing.

Gamma Commander: "We've located some kind of basement, door's open."

All squads move onto the position, and enter the basement, finding on the floor a damaged cloth ironer. The cloth ironer is seized as evidence and the basement is cleared and empty.

Delta Commander: "House is cleared, aswell as the whole forest. We can exfill now, nothing's left for us here. Lets head out to the exfill area. All units on me."

Omega and Gamma Commanders: "Copy that."

After leaving the house and travelling around a mile from it, they find a voice recorder on the ground.

Omega Commander: "We've found some kind of audio recording device over here."

Delta Commander: "Play it, command said to listen and read anything we found as we got an influx of voice messages from somebody describing an anomaly."

As the device turned on, the following message played:

"This is the first time i've felt hope in a long time. I've escaped, just as that thing was about to break my basement door fear took a hold of me and i screamed at it to leave me alone and threw my only weapon at the basement door, damaging it. The thing probably got scared beacuse it stopped banging for a moment. After that it got angry, REAL angry, and was about to break down the door. I gave up on any chance of fighting that thing and broke the small window that i couldnt fit through and began climbing into the unfinished bunker, i was desperately pushing myself inside when i suddenly heard the door break open and with the biggest rush of adrenaline i miraculously pushed myself through the small window. I began crawling and didnt look back, the thing was silent but i knew it was trying to get me. Eventually i got to the bunker and crawled out, i just started running and i didnt know where. Now im here, out of breath and completely exhausted. There's no signs of it anywhere, maybe it lost or abandoned me. I cant stop now, i have to keep going."

As it finished the squads stopped walking.

Gamma Commander: "Come on whats the hold up?"

Omega Commander: "Did you not just hear that? Rustling, everybody at ease!"

All agents immediatelly started looking towards the vast treelines for about 10 seconds and analyzing the origin of the sound. Suddenly, they hear the voice of a fellow UIU squadmate, a medic from Omega squad.

"Calm down its just me!"

Omega Commander: "What the !@#$? When did you go missing? Get out here and move to the exfill!"

No response. Suddenly, Delta Commander fires a shot into the direction of the voice. Now the response is an odd twisting sound.

Delta Commander: "MOVE MOVE GET THE !@#$ OUT OF HERE! Command we've just made contact with the Anomaly, requesting immediate exfill and air support!"

All squads make a run for it and start sprinting towards the exfill zone. Suddenly, Delta Commander's camera footage goes blank. Static. After that Gamma commander, and finally Omega commander. Once the exfill helicopter arrived there was no sign of the squads. Upon disembarking the helicopter the commander of that UIU team orders a search and rescue thing, first thing tommorow morning.

It is still unkown what happened to the team.
