The Melon's empire great reform, Treaty of Gibraltar, and Trade offer to RoDevs

Number 1: Treaty of Gibraltar, this treaty will punish me for my actions.

Treaty of Gibraltar

1. Peace will happen between Global Watch and the Melon
2. The Melon is allowed to stay in the USSRz but cannot show aggression to the Global Watch
3. Non-aggression pact with RoDevs until 2084
4. RoDevs cannot use any of my ports or stuff as I am still independent 
5. I get to stay communist
6. I leave Gibraltar
7. I keep my French land and all lands in the British Isles
8. Cyprus becomes Global Watch occupied
9. I leave Iberia
10. My new government must be Global Watch leaning

And then also some other stuff that I can't say because I do not have the time
