Moristanian Internal Affairs

Well, this is completely out of nowhere given the current topics of conversation in the bulletins, but I have to do this at some point, right?

Governmental Structure

The Second Moristanian Empire is an absolute dictatorship headed by the Supreme Khan, Memento Mori as of writing. The position is not democratically elected and succession rather goes to who is able to consolidate the most power and kill all of their opponents after the previous Supreme Khan dies.

The administration of the government is handed down to Doeneburos acting in stead of the Supreme Khan. At the head of each Doeneburo is a Doenetskraya, who holds near total control of that Doeneburo's roles within the empire. At any point the Supreme Khan can remove a Doeneskraya and either replace them or become the Doeneskraya themselves. Memento Mori currently heads the Military, Milcom, BoSMI (propaganda), and Combat Training Doeneburos, as well as overseeing all actions overtaken in the Doeneburo of Foreign Affairs. Doeneburos are free to operate however they want to as long as it does not interfere with other Doeneburo's actions, the wellbeing of the Empire, or the security of the current Supreme Khan.

Rights of Citizens

All citizens are to be treated as such. None shall have any preferential treatment over the other, except for crimes a citizen may have been convicted for, them holding governmental or military positions, or overall being a nicer treatment. If it is found that any citizen has DIRECTLY discriminated against another for their religion, gender, age, or other similar factor, they will immediately be tried and convicted for a crime (of varying degree).

The general consensus is that all Moristanians have similar rights as one may expect in a country like the USA (as a baseline, so I don't have to write murder is illegal and other obvious things like that) except for the following:

• Speaking against anyone holding a position higher than yours
• Owning projectile weapons while not in active duty
• Owning flamethrowers while not in active duty
• Owning blades longer than two (2) feet long while not in active duty
• Attempting to aid anyone doing any illegal things
• Leaving the country without approval from the DoIA (which will intern go to the DoFA, which will intern almost never grant approval)
• Using or distributing addictive substances. This includes marijuana, cigarettes, vapes, and caffeine.
• Spreading foreign ideals
• Setting up a private school, or private tutoring business
• Attempting to build a for-profit hospital
• Scamming people by putting font smaller than size eight (8) on contractual agreements or reading faster than a speed of three hundred (300) words per minute
• Claiming Moristan does not effectively control all of the territory it claims while not engaging in active Foreign Affairs conversations with non-Moristanians
• Attempting to communicate with non-citizens without approval
• Aiding an attempt to get into Moristan without approval
• Bribery is legal
• Lying to officials with higher positions than you
• Resisting atttempts to be drafted into active service (which applies to any and all people, including women and children)
• Not talking when being arrested or interrogated
• Talking too much, being loud, or playing recordings to achieve such effect
• Right to euthanasia
• Nestlé

Punishments

Death. If one does not approve of their status of guilty they may appeal to a jury of nine randomly selected Moristanians to attempt to have the case reviewed by the Supreme Khan. Seven out of the nine must agree. Executions will be carried out with a standard issue military grade blade.

Territory

This is what we claim. Within this land there are almost two million people who are registered to the party. Although there were more in the 2020s, many were killed during the foundation of our nation. 

(Out of rp note: If you mobilize troops against me, unless if something would impede me, I will scale your country's score against mine and mobilize that many of my citizens, even if it goes above my official population, due to my population being substantially lower than many others'. Choose wisely.)
