How we will destroy RoDevs

We are at war with RoDevs, but due to high military numbers on both sides, it will take a very long time to destroy RoDevs. So we have came up with a plan called Red Seas. Red Seas is operation to destroy RoDevs by crashing their economy. We will send many U-Boats into the seas of Pacific Ocean. These U-Boats will starve them so much, the people will want to surrender. Also then all people who work on ships carrying food and other supplies will want to quit because it is too dangerous. After that we will print many of US Dollar (RoDevs currency), then we will give it to tons of RoDevs citizens and soon everyone will be rich and quit their job, with no one working, no food or anything else will be produced, which means they will have no power with no one tending to the power plant, no military because no one needs to risk their life anymore, and no food because with everyone so rich, no one needs money anymore. Then we will start making people think, "Well life sucks over here, and with communism everyone has the same amount of money so therefore we would have to work, so we should convert to Communism!!!". We will then invade with Uchama forces and Lunorian forces with us, we will kill RoDevs, and there is nothing you can do to stop us. Why am I telling you all this, you may ask? Because you can do nothing to stop us. Absolutely nothing...
