Minister for CCN Aileen MacTavish gets recalled

The Minister for CCN, Aileen MacTavish, got recalled. In his speech about the current status of CCN John MacLean pointed out, that under MacTavish CCN got less and less democratic, and he is going to take care of CCN himself again:" MacTavish was supposed to replace me, while I was trying to repair the damage the wars brought to our country and build up defences to make sure this won't happen again. Instead MacTavish decided to strengthen her own power and allowed a dictator to become Prime Minister and just watched as the Pacifica-Islands became less and less democratic.  I can't allow this to happen any longer that's why I'm going to take care of this myself and MacDuff  is going to take care of our People until the upcoming elections. So if Pacifus thinks he can just setup a dictatorship without any consequences, let me ensure you there are consequences coming, if he doesn't restore democracy immediately."

Furthermore he is preparing Laws to make CCN more democratic and make sure the working class rules and lives in good conditions.
