New Work Policy utilized after a massive drop in production rate

This Week's Headlines 

Despite the recent accomplishment on maxing out commerce in all 9 cities, the rates of both money and resource production had dropped significantly during the past few months. With the government finally finishing the 1-year municipality project, they are turning their sights upon this newcoming problem. The first enactment that the government made was to the unban the policy of overworking among the 5 oldest cities. Although new plans and solutions have been announced on all news channels in the nation, the government plans to slowly integrate the policies into the nation. 

As the Furballian News Channel aired last week, the new policies announced to the public include: 

-Extending the mandatory work time from 944 to 965 (9 A.M to 6 P.M 5 Workdays).

-Creating an optional overtime work salary.

-Free Food provided to all workers in the production centers (Bauxite Mines, Oil Wells, Uranium Mines).

-Limiting the use of carbon-emitting vehicles on the road during rush hours.

-Provide government bicycles on local crossroads that citizens can use for a small fee.

-Free Health Insurance to all workers (Including commerce centers)

-Implementing a firewall preventing workers from reaching certain sites and internet locations. (Not fully planned) 

All of these new policies listed above will be implemented and utilized in all cities except for the newly built Lurllian Municipality and the special Industrial District zone. Some parts of New Furland will also be excluded due to lack of employment. The government believes that these new policies will help increase the nation's economy and production, and can benefit a wider range of citizens.

Lurllian Municipality

To attract citizens into the newly built Lurlian Municipality, the chairman is also considering creating population peaks on various major cities. This will increase the employment rate of the newly established commerce centers in Lurllian. 

In this new city a new democratic city government has been established, unlike the other cities where the local demarchic system applies. Unlike other parts of the nation, the Lurllain Municipality uses right economic policies that only apply to the city market. All healthcare and education insurance is 100% free, with some exceptions here and there. The government requires all schools inside the municipality to at least have a national rating of 4/6.  There will be no firewall and all international relations are encouraged to be staged here. The city is strictly against any form of drugs, and even the smallest amount of it will end up costing a fine of 6000 Wurs,  estimating about 1,200 U.S Dollars. 

The to be built underground complex of advanced high-speed rail will connect the municipality with the rest of the nation, and the nation's largest multi-transport port will be built. The Lurlian International Transport uses all 3 transportation, with one wing being a port for ships, another upper wing with aircraft, and the underground wing used for land-based travel. Of course, plans aren't officalized, and everything will be completed in the range of 6 years.
