1 year since LATAM's foundation

It's been a journey for this AA focused on Spanish/Portuguese speakers. It started as an individual's goal but gradually became a group dream. In LATAM we do things a little differently, our common goal is to keep our community together and have a safe place for all of those nations in Orbis seeking an Alliance where they can be heard and be a part of. 

As a Latin American Alliance, our member nations' main language is either Spanish or Portuguese. There are a few numbers of us who know English as a second language. However, we have had some nations who are either learning Spanish/Portuguese or just happen to know one of our languages and want to keep practicing it on our server. Recently we have added a few Bots to keep the community active with our server visitors, such as gaming bots and translators.

Our AA has a democratic structure where members of the Senate, Congress, High Command, and President get to vote to decide the future of LATAM. Anybody from this rank can bring ideas and options to the voting booth and will be heard to discuss ideas with the rest of the AA's nations. 

At the moment and after multiple votes, policies, and proposals, LATAM only taxes its members a low 5/0 and requires a mid-military presence. However, as an AA, we advise our nations to have more than a mid-military presence and most of our nations follow a recommended MMR that has been carefully planned and chosen.

The future of LATAM is clear, and wherever its nations go, there will be a joyful and great adventure.
