The Punta Ŝilingo or Puntan Shilling, marked by the [Ŝ] symbol and the 3 letter code [PSX] is a coin minted with an alloy of uranium, niobium, zirconium, and nickel, most elements which are not often found elsewhere, but have been discovered to be abundant in Antarctica. In addition, it is painted with radium paint, allowing the coins to glow in the dark. There is a 1Ŝ, 5Ŝ, 10Ŝ, and 20Ŝ coin.

(Remember, we live in a world where a nuclear war happens every week, so humans have evolved mutations against ambient radiation. Granted, that's not how physics or biology works, but screw it, this is Orbis, nothing needs to make sense.)

Some may think there would be even more valuable notes alongside Lapunto's shilling coins. However,  In Lapunto, it is the opposite, where coins have more value than notes. So in the other direction, there are divisions of the shilling, technically called "Zamonoj" and marked by the [ž] symbol, but are often just also called shillings, yet marked with quantities less then 1, which is visible on the notes. There is the 25ž, 10ž and 5ž notes. If you are reffering to their values in Ŝilingoj, you would use decimals like 0.25Ŝ, 0.10Ŝ and 0.05Ŝ to indicate their corresponding Zamonoj notes.

The correct way to write an amount of money with both Ŝilingoj and Zamoneroj is actually to write the number of Shillings, the symbol of the Shilling, the number of Zamonoj, and then the symbol of the Zamono. An example would be "9Ŝ.65ž" . If you're new to the Esperanto language and need to know how to verbally convey amounts of money, then our same example of 9Ŝ.65ž would be pronounced "Naŭ ŝilingoj kaj sesdekkvin zamonoj". [Credit for the design of the Zamono goes to Libredonia]

1Ŝ is worth 0.15$(Orbis Notes/OBN) [1$OBN itself is worth 1]

Even if Humans can survive small amounts of radiation it still seems like a bad idea to put it on money, congrats anyway.

It's not, instead the image on the Zamono is Ludwig Lejzer Zamenhof, the inventor of our national language Esperanto. He died well before La Punta was ever even a concept, but he is important for our country nonetheless.

Interesting. We are among the last nations to continue using the Indian rupee.

Also, it is indeed possible that after experiencing nuclear radiation from time to time, a generation evolved that carried on radiation, first in small amounts and eventually increasing. It does not happen in real life, but is possible in orbis, because nuclear bombs had been used for a long time in orbis, and the humans became radiation tolerant. Obviously if too high humans will still die, but indeed a higher ratio of radiation can be tolerated by orbisians than humans.

Would your medical institutes though like to collaborate a research program on this issue with our medical institutes?
