This is getting stupid. Not very long ago, we all blasted Luna and someone else with "state of roleplay" bulletins.
Here's one thing. NOBODY ASKED!!
This is the ONE TIME where nobody asked is a valid reason why we shouldn't complain about roleplay. I see Dreamistan and other "og" bulletin writers writing "back in my day, the roleplay was better". If you act like that just go join Grumpy Old Bastards because that's what these people are!

Please stop complaining. There is literally no reason to enforce rules on bulletin writing in this community. Absolutely no reason to restrict the freedom of bulletin posting. As stated on Novaya Rimskaya Imperiya's bulletin about quitting roleplay (Sorry to see him leave), bulletins are bulletins. Is making liked and known players quit the game make roleplay better? No. S***posting is what makes bulletins like America. FREE!
This is probably the longest bulletin I've made without absolute gibberish but after all the people that I know and like, seeing them quit bulletin because some bastards were harassing them over their roleplay, extorting a nation by putting bounties, and utterly destroying a nation. Seriously, Luna should be put under witness protection.

I said a while ago that I'm not going to quit or re-roll over all this stuff, but, of course, I agree here -- as one of the nations that's been completely destroyed because of these things (I've been attacked out of RP three times by someone who just hates me because apparently my RP is cringe and I have a 'skill issue'), I think that we really, really need to fix things so that it doesn't happen again.
A lot of people joked about Rimskaya leaving (that wasn't great to see either, since Rimskaya, both in RP and in messages, has been nothing but kind and overall great to me), but in all seriousness, and not just because he's a friend and ally, I think that it's a sign of where things are starting to go in RP. So many nations have considered leaving or left, including myself (I strongly considered a break from bulletins because I don't think that a couple of nations realized how bad their stuff was getting at a point, but I stayed, actually because this bulletin made me realize that there's still good stuff going on), and I think that if we just take a look at what's happening, we'll see that we aren't going to get better until we actually do something about it.
That's why I'm supporting Lunoria here -- they've really been doing their best to make bulletins better through their tactics in wars and things. Really, I think that as long as we have nations like Lunoria, Eden's Gate, the Chaos Insurgency, Nova Mundus and a few others still here, we can fix the damage done. Because I've seen a million bulletins about the issues with RP, and it often makes me wonder, what are we doing about it?
For the first time since I've been here, though, we are making some progress, and I'm really glad to see that.

I don't know why all my responses are that long. I just have a lot to say, I guess?
But, well, what I meant by linking that bulletin was that I was so close to leaving because of the number of people being, well... NOT GREAT to me for absolutely no reason. I really don't mind hostility toward Luna, because, honestly, it makes RP more interesting, but stuff like this bulletin and the screenshot below this (no, I did not screenshot the whole thing, but look at Page 3 of replies on my bulletin about getting nuked for the ninth time if you want to see the rest) are the reason I was that close to leaving. But the one about Luna and Rimskaya's alliance kinda made me see that there are still nations that want to make stuff better and that don't just hate me because I messed up ages ago.

I think some nations are still making interesting bulletins, such as Eden's Gate. I'm trying to write interesting storylines myself, but then I'm always afraid that I'll take one little thing "too far" and end up being called cringe and insulted again, because I really don't want that to happen for the millionth time.
I guess I see your point. I'll just leave you alone and let you all do what it is.. you are doing???
