"we all know the war. It's the first we had Afterall but my problem doesn't rely on the war itself as much but about the strategy and politics of it. As i and my ministers believe, the war was not provoked by any one of our nations but our alliances and that is fact. Why must we face a war we don't understand why are we fighting for it?. Our borders were fought over because of someone else!"
[ Aino sits
Monika rises ]
"tell me, why haven't you just already left the alliance by now if things are so *bad*?, the answer is that you can't afford to, we need the support of The Coven to keep our economy alive and so what if we get attacked sometimes, The Coven already has them as a target and to grow we need to fight!"
[ crowd erupts ]
[ Lord calls order in parliament ]
[ Monika sits down ]
"ok well.. do we *really?* need The Coven to help with economics? we can have aid from better aliences, ones that are defensive and don't seek war."

"We need protection and we need money, The Coven offers both does it not?"

"no .. simply no , in factuality yes but in reality no as The Coven might help in protection if anything it just puts a target on our backs and i do not want that for my country"

"but if Parnu grows as much as we want it to then would it be better to have a target because of our wealth without protection or being in an alliance and wealthy?"
[ Monika sits, Aino stands ]
"We will find a better alliance, a defence pact and one that hopes for a peaceful future"
[ Aino sighs ]
"the rights of our people shouldn't be threatened from an alliance i have no grudge against."
[ Aino sits ]
[ Monika stands ]
"Aino , then how and why do you want to do this"
[ Aino stands ]
"we will find a better alliance or we can simply just use the U.N.O to confront war and aggresion, why do i want to do this? War, War hurts and I will do everything to avoid it, yes The Coven is a good economical supporter but we would rather be neutral... Only in the most extreme circumstances we will return to the coven and that is enough to understand why i want this"

"if we leave then you will regret it but I'm open to see if it works if it ever will"
[ Aino ]
"so do you , the speaker, agree that we should do this?"

"no but we would like to see you understand the mistakes you are making and as such yes i would want to see what happens if our citizens support you decision"
