If you had not wanted me to disappoint you, I should have never stepped back onto the world stage as I did months ago in May, when I booted up P&W for the first time in nearly 2 years. This is to be expected, no?

This is exactly why I created the UNO. I mean no offense but isn’t calling in Jupiter a little bit of a reach. I don’t blame you because that is sadly the example set by almost every RP creator. I’m not sure this creates a better story or gives anyone a feeling of fun. RP is meant to enhance the game experience. When you created this I’m not sure you felt the same rush you once did when you created your very first story. At this point it’s as if RP is boiled down to “who can find and hold a grudge first” whereas in my opinion it should be “how can we have an amazing story that creates a rich history in which everyone is having a blast”. Take it or leave it this is my attempt to give some of my thoughts on the matter and I do apologize if they seems to be an attack or anything of that sort (of which it is not).
RoManic, this was a weapon that was planned in the last bulletin, not actually calling in Jupiter — that would be highly unrealistic and wouldn't make sense, but I'd say that this is perfectly fine, it's just another newly developed weapon, and one that's actually not too far-out (definitely better than past ones).
Though that does make a little more sense I still feel uneasy about this sort of “genre” if you will of bulletins. The genre I am referring to is that of the inventive RP bulletin which tries to create something new and frankly unrealistic. Hopefully you get the jist of what I am saying.
