After weeks of war and political turmoil, we have, at long last, built our eleventh city!

We have been building up the money and resources to do so for quite some time, and recent raiding of certain nations has contributed massively to this effort. The new city has been fully militarized, and Luna's military strength should return to its former glory in the upcoming days.

Also, the city has strong commerce and a few uranium mines that will increase the nation's overall economic output.

Additionally, Luna's new President, Cressida Arpina, has announced her intent to work on making Luna a nuclear-capable state throughout the year 2081.

For far too long have we been standing by and getting hit with nuclear weapons, unable to counter-attack or at least threaten to do so with our own.

That era will end shortly. We are growing stronger by the day, and we will be stronger still when we are a nuclear-capable nation.

We understand both the controversy surrounding nuclear weapons causing massive damage to others and our allies' avoidance of nuclear warfare, and we would like to assure that we will only be using our nuclear weapons for purposes of self-defense in case of further attacks, and we will certainly not be using them unnecessarily.

We have seen far too much destruction and chaos caused in our own nation by nuclear weapons to use them recklessly, and I completely understand the massive responsibilities involved as we work to bring this longtime national goal to reality.

Despite her reactions to the announcement of her sister's very untimely death, Vice President Aurelia Aquilla has also commented on the new updates very excitedly.

Here's a message that goes to anyone trying to attack us -- or our allies, for that matter.

Come anywhere near our allies and we will be your downfall and utter devastation. Don't even think about it. It won't end well.

And specifically to the Rocky Mountain Republic...

Alright, John Colter, you thought you'd be stronger than us because you had eleven cities and they all had all the barracks, factories, hangars and drydocks they could possibly fit? Guess what? WE DO TOO NOW.

The days when you could just do anything to this nation and we'd be forced to stand by?  The days where you could murder a wonderful leader and just GET AWAY WITH IT?

THEY ARE OVER.

Rest be assured that someday, perhaps when we, too, are nuclear capable, you will pay for what you have done. Maybe that day is not today, but it is coming, and you will face what you deserve: UTTER DESTRUCTION.

The Parliament and President Arpina have corrected Aquilla's words, saying that an attack on R.M.R. is "neither planned nor expected" in the near future, though many citizens believe that a counterattack is necessary after the devastation caused to our nation by them.

To be honest, I never would have expected that, since we seem to get attacked (or countered...) by someone every few days. But, for once, I made good decisions in terms of raiding and got resources WITHOUT getting destroyed in the process.

Also, we've decided to cancel our plans to become nuclear capable for now, since we don't really need nukes right now, and there are other things that would be a much better use of our resources (such as other National Projects and fixing the rest of Luna's cities).

The funny thing is that pretty soon after this, we fell to a score of approximately 1100 again.

We're great at maintaining our infrastructure up here...
