Earlier today, the Chaos Insurgency declared war on Novaya Rimskaya Imperiya.
We will not allow them to attack our allies — who have done nothing wrong! Rimskaya's expansion into the Caribbean is not harming the people of the area, nor are they doing anything violent or oppressive towards them. It is within their right as a sovereign nation to expand their territory.
Rimskaya has stood by Luna when we've been attacked. They stood by us when we lost a leader who practically made the nation what it is today. They have been a close and loyal ally since our alliance began, and we will not tolerate attacks on them.
That being said, we will also be continuing our efforts to push Nova Mundus out of Rimskaya's Caribbean territories. Now that we will be receiving more advanced military technologies from other allied nations, they'll lose their single advantage over us.
We will do whatever we can to support our allies in whatever they need, and attacks on their territories by anyone will not be permitted to continue.

You're trying to "liberate" people who are already free. Rimskaya is not being hostile to the people of the Caribbean, and they're not being oppressed.

We're staying neutral there because we don't support R.M.R. but we do support Canada, and also because we have to focus on helping N.R.I. in the Caribbean. I don't see why you're cutting our alliance because of that.
