The United Bucketary Nations Uses POW's As Targets For Testing Equipment

The United Bucketary Nations has been called out on their use of POW's as ballistic dummies to test their new weapons. Previous battle reports have been showing the current caliber to be too small to stand up against modern body armor. Instead of just using captured body armor on dummy targets, they are taking POW's that have not been returned and shoot them to test body armor against their newest lineup of weapons. In testing reports, the 6.5MM rifle can punch right through enemy body armor, meaning they've probably killed a dozen POW's testing this weapon.
