As the Devlins and Japanese joined the civil war, an update is necessary

First up heres the updated alliance chart for the Civil war:

As you can see the Rodevs support the Pro Redicalland side while Fascist Devlins are anti Redicalland. Also a new anti Devlin side emerged being against Devlin Intervention. This side Was introduced by the Japanese Isles, which hold hostile relations to the Devlins and the Rebells joining this side fear Devlin dominaton over Redicalland. 

We couldn't bring any logistic Updates as we haven't got Information for this cathegory 

Battle of Suburban Verenska before the actuall battle of Verenska announced by Redicalland:

Note: afterwards the Fascists pushed further into the suburban region of Verenska reaching nearly the City itself.

The new version looks more "fascist" than my version making it more fitting.
