The End of A Reign

Citizens of Primar and Orbis,

It is with a heavy heart that I write this final message. Unfortunately, though Primar has enjoyed great prosperity under my reign, I admit that absolute power is both a blessing and curse. As other activities began to take more of my time, less of my mind has been free to rule this great nation. Thus, effective immediately, I am giving up the position of Overlord as well as destroying the position so that no more may hold the title. Call me arrogant, but I do wish that I remain the highest officer of the nation that I built from the ground up, with the help of my wonderful allies in the Knights Radiant. I am relinquishing control to the High Council, and creating a sub-group called the Core Council. This group will be made up of the High Watcher, the Archminister, the Grand Overseer, and the Commandant. These incredible people will become the main executive power of Primar, hopefully being able to bring it back from the destruction that has occurred as a result of my negligence.

My apologies to the Council, for not governing over them and giving them guidance, thus limiting their ability to function as intended. My apologies as well go out to the citizens of Primar, for they were the unfortunate victims of my ignorance of the nation. For their suffering, I am truly sorry. And finally, my greatest apologies go out to my allies in TKR. Without them, I wouldn't be where I am today, and it pains me greatly to leave them. I may be back one day, I hope at least.
