After over a month of rebuilding, Luna can finally say that some progress has been made in that effort.
While the infrastructure in most, if not all, cities has been severely damaged by war, we have shifted our focus to military repair in order to avoid getting attacked due to weakness, and we'll be repairing cities afterward.
The intent is to finish all military repairs as soon as possible, and we are utilizing a strategy of using commerce and selling the resources we produce in order to gain the money to do so.
But, finally, after all this time, we can say that we're getting somewhere.
We are very, very happy to say that we have over ten thousand tanks for the first time since the nuclear crisis.

Out of RP, though, Luna's score is higher than it's been for ages, despite the ships, aircraft and infra, and I do have over 10000 tanks, so that's great!
Also, just to clarify, when I say over a month of rebuilding, I mean that this began when I was countered by Night Remnant in August. Then there was an entire thing that happened with a ton of nuclear bounties, so that's why my nation didn't look so great for a while.

Luna is actually quite stable. We've only had one unstable situation anytime recently, and that was actually just resolved, so I'd say Luna is a very stable nation.
Unfortunately, some terrorists from your nation were spotted in Luna and the government responded with an embargo.
And let's not forget the spies trying to gather intelligence...
