Allow us to start with a rephrased quote,

It has come to my attention, that the Rocky Mountain Republic has request I step down as your Commissar, and surrender myself to their lands as prisoner, as a show of submission to their will and power. As it turns out, this message took far longer than it normally would have to reach me, as my messengers and ministers were under the somewhat correct impression that I would throw something at them upon reading it. Fortunately for them, I have a mail slot next to my desk.

To address you, Rocky Mountain Republic, NO. I do not intend, nor will I ever, on giving myself up from this position unless by the will of the people of Rimskaya and only Rimskaya. Your sword waving, and even your sword stabbing, has thus far failed to deter us mentally or physically, further, you have only made yourself hated amongst our community of nations, so much so that you must resort to bestial policies of aggression in order to assert your supposed dominance. Even the Chaos Insurgency need not do that, for at least they knw they have power already, which I will forever respect of them. You, rely solely off your basic military and acts of war to try and prove you are somehow above us.

Therefore I would like to state something from one of our top allies. Although I would normally ask for permission before doing this, I find myself and my people in improper circumstances to wait. It reads as follows:

"So long as he attacks you first then all of Camelot will defend you. It is unlikely that anyone will try to collect the bounties but I will talk with them and make clear we will respond if they continue.

Congratulations, fellow citizens. You were correct about our relations with Camelot. I would like to state first off that we in no way wish for harm to come to Camelot or her allies or protectorates. However, we do appreciate, on behalf of Rimskaya, Aequitas, and to a certain degree the NADP, that Camelot's leader is committed to protecting us in the name of the Project and state. Rimskaya owes then eternal gratitude and a debt that, unlike our others, can never truly be repayed- except in damages for the war but that's not the point.

And so, I once again reiterate, Rimskayan people, allies, and all others. I will not abandon my post. Hell, I'll pick up a gun and go fight on the frontline again if I have to. The will of our armies and people are harder than steel, and as virtuously divine as Diamond. 

Particularly, on behalf of Luna, I would like to dearly apologize for what has become of your dear President Aquilla. Rimskaya wishes your country the best in recovering, as well as reorganizing from your own recent chaos. We will stand by your side until the sands of time take us both.

People of Rimskaya and the world: End your cowardice. End your suffering and nonsense. We have the blood of revolutionaries in our blackened veins. They have no right to call us weak. And all I have to say to finish off,
