Vulcanities calls for Peace!

An excerpt from High Lord RoManic's speech, "An Adress to the Nation": 

My fellow citizens and friends from the seas, for too long has Vulcanities stayed secluded behind a curtain of non-caring. We must take a stand against terror, this Vulcan commands! It is in times like these where the threat of war looms that the people of Vulcanities show their spirit. I say to you friends, seek peace where none seek it, and you will be saved from the fires of war. I officially instate an emergency self-blockade in an effort to avoid conflict. Any vessel that is a non-navy ship or is carrying non-navy personnel will be subject to prison. I would like to ask the world to find within itself a peaceful spirit. We of Vulcanities pray that none get hurt. However, we are brave enough to stand up for our allies. If conflict intensifies Vulcanities will have no choice but to defend its friends and allies from the forces of harm. We will not stand idly by once more and watch the innocents of a faraway country die, while we squirm like rats. I will not have it! You will not have it! Vulcan will not have it! So, we once again plead to the world, and ask, that we may continue and foster a planet of harmony! Thank You!
