Commissar Democraticus had originally been touring the new Rimskayan defenses being prepared for another war against the Chaos Insurgency. However, at the outbreak of the new sudden "Great Rimskaya Tri-Fold War", he has taken to an unlikely initiative:
Against all advice, he has chosen to pick up a gun and become the general commander of all frontline forces. He will remain there and lead, as well as fight along with his comrades in the Rimskayan Army. Here's what he had to say in an address to the troops on the main front against the Empire of America:
Comrades, we are faced with odds not seen since our initial decline. We are faced with enemies who seek our total destruction. Are the justified? Perhaps; the basics of diplomacy will never warrant us a final answer to that.
Soldiers, do you know why I chose to remain here with you rather than return to the capital city? It is because of my past. I fought alongside the Revolutionaries you may have only heard of in history books and war records from decades ago. And here I stand before you, intending to do just that again. Personally, since I believe many of you would not like your leader to die, I will be sticking mainly to the artillery batteries, of which I have a personal passion, however do not be surprised to see me next to you in a trench or on a horse ready to lead you into battle myself. I am not afraid of death.
We stand here today in defense of a state unlike any other in history. In defense of the Revolution. As I have stated to you all in regards to the I.A.F.C., it is not possible to frighten us. I repeat that today, for it will remain true, always and forever. Comrades, the day of defense of the Motherland has come once again. Consider this training for the Insurgency.
If you want my personal prediction, yes, I do believe we can win these wars. We have pushed through the doubts of history all these years; I entrust our ability to do it now without any trouble. Comrades, will you prove that to me? Will you give all you have in you in defense of your families, your friends, and your homeland?
Soldiers, let us remember the principles of our past and look to the future. I tell you this now, against all I planned to.
We will attempt to instigate Socialist Revolutions in the aggressors.
We will hurt them from within.
It may be a huge success, it may fall flat on its face. But we will try. We have the opportunity, let us try to spread the Revolution internationally without delay.

I won't engage the Insurgency. We were just preparing for a hypothetical future war. But yeah, we are going to fight all of them, and given the right resources, we can win.
