Rimskaya Aims New Weapon at Nova Mundus as Fascists Rise There Again.

Commissar Democraticus has finally had enough. He declared at a press conference one final threat:

Nova Mundus at this point is on the brink of being a failed state. They have civil war after civil war, constant political violence, and uprisings by fascists seemingly every other week. I've had enough. Last time we sent troops there ourselves, they nearly died in an unrelated nuclear blast. Not again. Nova Mundus, you have one chance: destroy the fascists, form a proper people's democracy and get you country under control, or you will become the test subject for our new super-weapon. You have until August 15th. Good luck; your people's livelihoods may depend on it."

While many people are concerned the new weapon will cause mass chaos and destruction, the Commissar stated "The weapon itself will kill not one man- unless he is still a robot."
