After the events that unfolded in the past couple days debates, both within the Parlamentum, the media and the public have been very fierce. The situation escalated when a judge responsible for investigating and prosecuting the homicide of Carlos Giulianii, who died two days ago, approved the cremation of the body before an autopsy could be done. This among other instances of police allegedly trying to cover up their acts were the straw that broke the camel's back as many protesters took to the street of all cities in European Nutella, attacking the police and often overwhelming it. In turn many from the right have also taken to the street but against the protesters beating up anyone of them they came across, peaceful and not, in turn even members of the army and the police itself are split, some joining the protests, others joining the counter-protesters, and the remaining trying to keep order within the cities, usually without success. Suffices it to say that any sense of unity has completely dissipated from the nation which has descended in chaos and violence.

In the Parlamentum the debate has been very heated, preventing any law proposal to even be proposed. Today the OUF alongside 93 parliamentarians from FSD and VFNE in the Camerorum and 53 from the Senatum have formed a Leftist United Front demanding justice for the victims and major reforms. In turn, the technocrats together with 81 MEPs from NCP and LPEN in the Camerorum and 39 in the Senatum have formed the Anti-Communist Bloc in response to the LUF, justifying the police actions as necessary against violent anarchist and communist protesters. The remaining members of FSD, VFNE, LPEN and NCP decided to merge into a Cordon Sanitaire, citing extreme worry for the nation's democracy and a need to work together to maintain democracy and make sure investigations can properly go on. Lastly in the Senatum the various confederate parties have merged into one single confederate party. After this the situation further degenerated as all sides accuse each other ad no agreement can be found. It appears clear that the nation is currently walking a very fine line and any mistake or rushed action could potentially spark a civil war never before seen in the nation. We would finally like to urge our dear readers to stay safe and protect their families and loved ones in these dangerous times.
