While an official declaration of war is not being issued, Rimskaya is politely sending some troops over into Nova Mundus to assist in the purging of their state of Furries and restore humanity to its proper dignity. But at the same time, considering the history of the country, Rimskaya's military commanders have suggested we take this as an opportunity to spread the Worker's Ideals to the country. 

We're heading to Nova Mundus now.

Do not resist.

Or it's only going to get worse.
