The Rimskaya Government, seeing as the military already lacks on the ground, is resorting to a new form of warfare: Cyber warfare.
The government has recently employed the most skilled hackers and coders in Rimskaya to a new department of the military titled [REDACTED] located in [REDACTED]. The team is responsible for protecting Rimskaya government data as well as espionage and also sending "polite visitors" to our opponent's computer and broadcast systems.
Their current task is to attempt to hijack the broadcast of [REDACTED], one of our rivals undergoing a civil war to try and test their ability. We have faith in this new group to turn Rimskaya into a force to be reckoned with on the digital landscape.
Commissar Democraticus has already confirmed several backup teams watching to be sure the new group is not abusing their powers or illegally spying on civilians within the country, as privacy is a right and value held true in our state.
Do not try and fight them.
