2022 Heung Shing Certificate of Education Examination

Results Released

 

Results notices of the 2022 Heung Shing Certificate of Education Examination (HSCEE) will be issued tomorrow (20 July) by the Heung Shing Examinations and Assessment Authority (HSEAA).

 

This year, a total of 9 Super-national candidates and 2 non-Super-national candidates sat the HSCEE.

 

As regards the performance of the candidates, a total of five Super-national candidates obtained level D or above in all the compulsory subjects and at least two elective subjects. These candidates are eligible to have an allowance rate of 1%/1% starting from the following tax calculation day until the next examination period. 1 Super-national candidate is awarded 4 level A; 1 Super-national candidate is awarded 3 level A; 2 Super-national candidates are awarded 2 level A; and 1 Super-national candidate is awarded 1 level A. These candidates are eligible to have an allowance rate of 0.5%/0.5% for every A they get, starting from the following tax calculation day until the next examination period.

 

In In-game Mechanic and Alliance Studies, around 85.71% of Super-national candidates attained level D or above, around 71.43% attained level C or above and around 42.86% attained level B or above, while around 28.57% were awarded level A; 100% of non-Super-national candidates attained level D or above, 100% attained level C or above and 50% attained level B or above, while 50% were awarded level A.

 

In Hong Kong Studies, 100% of candidates attained level D or above, 100% attained level C or above and 100% attained level B or above, while around 42.86% were awarded level A.

 

In Mathematics (Compulsory Part), around 66.67% of candidates attained level D or above, around 55.56% attained level C or above and around 33.33% attained level B or above, while around 11.11% were awarded level A.

 

In Advanced Mathematics, around 83.33% of candidates attained level D or above, around 66.67% attained level C or above and 50% attained level B or above, while around 33.33% were awarded level A.

 

In Geography, 100% of candidates attained level D or above, 75% attained level C or above and 50% attained level B or above, while 0% were awarded level A.

 

In Information and Communication Technology, around 85.71% of candidates attained level D or above, around 71.43% attained level C or above and around 57.14% attained level B or above, while around 42.86% were awarded level A.

 

In World History, 100% of candidates attained level D or above, 100% attained level C or above and 100% attained B or above, while around 33.33% were awarded level A.

 

In General Science, 100% of candidates attained level D or above, 100% attained level C or above and 40% attained level B or above, while 40% were awarded level A.

 

 

Arrangements for the release of results on 20 July

 

Candidates should collect their results notices via the private message of discord from one of the HSEAA Council Members on 20 July, those who do not receive their results notices by 20 July should contact one of the HSEAA Council Members on 21 July.
