The Holy Croatian Empire

In the president's office, a clock ticks. The office is empty, and the clock seems bland. The day and time of the EAS has come.

The clock has stopped ticking.

The EAS reads:

WARNING: Numerous unidentified anomalies have been detected over Croatia. Please stay calm as we have taken over control of the government, you have achieved your answers. The Holy Croatian Empire has been formed.

At the beginning of Croatian history and their migration to the balkans, not much was documented, and much was lost. We have found something the others havent, a long time ago. A document, about the early civilizations of Russia and Croatia. The (translated part of the) document reads:

"The union between Croatia and Cimmeria (Russia) has been fruitful, and many of us have become rich. The "TSAR" is getting old, however, and the union might be at risk"

The document hasnt fully been translated yes, but you read it right. A union between Croatia and Russia, and the concept of a Tsar. The concept of a Tsar didnt exist until the full formation of Russia by Muscovy. But, we were not the first to find this document.

"Mr. Alexei, you (SCRIBBLED OUT, UNREADABLE) dont know me and will probably not find this letter, and if you do think its a ruse. Ive found documents of a union between Croatia and Russia. Well the early civilizations of russia to be clear, but doing what research i could i've found that youre a direct sucessor to the line. I know this might sound surprising, and that you probably wont believe me but ive got plenty of proof and ive sent it to you along with this letter. (We couldnt find any of the "proof" he sent) I know that currently our empires (Austria-Hungary and Russia) are at war, but im just a Croatian geologist caught up in it. I hope you send me a letter back.

P.S. Croatia appears to have been FAR larger at the time of the union, and i think it might have owned (SCRIBBLED OUT, UNREADABLE) and all of the (SCRIBBLED OUT, UNREADABLE), which is very impressive.

The next day he was shot and killed by an Austro-Hungarian official. We are here to continue the line of the Croatian-Russian union and we will not be stopped. This is only the shallows of what we have uncovered, and what we plan.

Alexei Romanov is not dead. He is an old, feeble man but he is not dead. He was the last legitimate sucessor to our Empire. We are waiting for him, until then, I will take his place as Regent.

The unidentified anomalies will be taken care of, they differ in shapes and sizes and some descriptions are "Large, red dogs" "Invisible Ghost" "Tall, pale man" and "A Statue"
