Prior to ordering two Ground Attacks upon Pokeland , Strufav has given up and offered peace to Pokeland , but Pokeland has refused this peace offerings. Since the declaration of war .
Earlier today , September 28 , 2077 . Pokeland did 3 Ground Attacks , resulting in looting money . A destruction of a city. Strufav ordered two Ground Attacks upon Pokeland . Both a massive failure. Strufav lost 1,704 soldiers , but Pokeland lost only 1,181 soldiers and 57 tanks. 523 soldiers less.
Besides , Strufav has kind of given up , because they pretty much think to themselves that they're losing. So there's been a Peace offering. As a response , The Supreme Leader Ditto Thwan Tai Hywa has organized a speech regarding this issue :

We've seen a rumour about Strufav's move to offer peace.
This rumour is true.
Their leader Revell has sent in a letter in which they've stated to offer peace.
Despite their hatredness expressed by him.
We will refuse their offerings since their war against us has been stretching really long.
Even though they're trying friendship if not enmity with us.
The Free People of North America , Noranda , German Federation , New Prussia ; have decided to become allies with Strufav. And that we get the feeling of this peace offering will not be worth it.
The rules are simple: they lie to us, we know they're lying, they know we know they're lying, but they keep lying to us, and we keep pretending to believe them. This might be their trick.

This was pretty much the justification Pokeland provided , which is the really main cause of this peace offering's refusal.
