To the Great People of Rystonia and the greater world beyond our borders. Long has this nation been prosperous in our time of peace. We have seen much growth and vastly expanded our borders. But this is not a world for simple peace loving farmers. Our fields alone cannot sustain our peoples for we all know the best of crops grow in fields bathed in blood and the after glow of spent fissile materials. We seek blood and most importantly we seek that sweet sweet yellowcake that sustains us.
